Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources succeeded in forging a human capital development strategy for the Saudi industry and mining sector, which will be announced soon, said Faris Alsaqabi, the ministry’s Deputy Minister for Human Capacity Development.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Alsaqabi indicated that the ministry is in talks with various Saudi universities, academies, and institutes to commence training programs and enhance capabilities of industry-related cadres. This is to provide specializations that reinforce the Kingdom’s industry sector.
