Jabal Omar Development Co. received the Ministry of Tourism’s license to operate the second tower of the five-star hotel, Jabal Omar Jumeirah, on Jan. 18, the real estate developer said in a statement to Tadawul.

The tower includes 244 luxurious and modern-style rooms and suites, in addition to a restaurant, a café, meeting rooms, and a gym.

The statement pointed out that Jabal Omar Jumeirah Hotel consists of four 19-floor towers, directly adjacent to the Holy Mosque.

The company is currently working on handing over the remaining two towers to the operator, and completing the necessary procedures to obtain operation permits from the relevant authorities.

The step is seen to have a positive financial impact on the Jabal Omar’s revenue during 2024.
