Alkhorayef Water approves setting up LLC to manage STPs in Riyadh

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) approved on Jan. 21 establishing a limited liability company (LLC), named Package 6 Co. for Environmental Services, in Riyadh, with a capital of SAR 100,000.

Package 6, wholly owned by AWPT, aims to conduct a long-term operation and maintenance contract for the rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance of sewage treatment plants (STPs) in Heet and AlHayer, Riyadh, according to a statement to Tadawul.

There are no related parties to the new company, the statement said, adding that any financial impact or any other developments in this regard will be announced later.
