Almujtama Alraida board approves SAR 1.8M contract with Bright Screens

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co.’s board of directors approved signing a contract with Bright Screens Co. at a total value of SAR 1.77 million, including VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Bright Screens is owned by Mohammed Khojah, a related party.  

 

The contract comprises supplying and installing display screens at the company’s 80 branches with a two-year warranty. The funding will be provided by Almujtama.   

 

The deal will have a positive impact on Almujtama product sales and marketing. The offer will be discussed during the company’s coming general meeting.  

 

Almujtama Chairman Omar Khojah, Vice Chairman Yousef Khojah, as well as Managing Director and board member Abdulaziz Khojah are related parties to the deal.
