Al Sagr appoints Yasser Alharbi as MD; assigns all executive powers

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved today, Jan. 25, amendment to the company’s organizational structure and appointed Yasser Alharbi as Managing Director.

 

The company added in a statement on Tadawul that Alharbi will have all the necessary executive powers to manage the company, effective from today.

 

Alharbi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a PhD in Business Administration (Management Information Systems), in addition to many scientific and professional certificates.

 

He has 30 years of experience in commercial business management, along with boards of directors of joint-stock companies and their committees. Most recently, he was Acting CEO of Al Sagr Insurance from September 2023.
