Lana Medical sets up investment arm with SAR 10M financial support

Lana Medical Co. approved establishing Lana Investment Co. (a limited liability one-person company) with 100% ownership in Riyadh, with a financial support of SAR 10 million. 

 

The new business is set to be the investment arm for Lana Medical, according to a Tadawul statement.  

 

The move comes in line with Lana’s strategy, which seeks to grow, develop its business, and diversify its revenues. 

 

Lana Investment will begin operations after obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses from the relevant authorities. 

 

Any further updates regarding this matter will be announced in a timely manner.
