TAM inks SAR 35M contract with govt entity

TAM Development Co. signed a contract with a government entity at a total value of SAR 34.99 million, including value-added tax (VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The project scope includes providing the needed consultancy services along with digital solutions to design and manage a project for the government entity.

 

The contract duration is 12 months.

 

The relevant financial impact will likely appear as of Q1 2024.

 

There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added.

 

The contract was signed on Sept. 1, 2023, with the signed copies received on Jan. 25, 2024.

 

The contract was awarded in October 2023, according to data available with Argaam.
