Headquarters of Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha)
Saudi Arabia's Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has successfully redeemed over the past three years more than 400 million square meters of state-owned lands, valued at billions of riyals, which were nabbed via deeds issued illegally, said Nazaha Spokesman Ahmed Al-Hussein.
Speaking to Al-Ekhbariya TV, Al-Hussein pointed out that Nazaha is taking all precautionary measures to return the funds in accordance with the rules and regulations stipulated under the Law of Criminal Procedure.
The authority continues to monitor corruption cases in all its forms, considering that public money is one of the nation’s capabilities and gains, and infringement on it cannot be tolerated. In addition, the public office is an authority and should not be exploited to achieve personal interests or harm the public interest, he added.
