TADCO signs SAR 16.1M contract with Wafrah to supply processed potatoes

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) signed on Feb. 6, a contract with Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. at a value of SAR 16.1 million (exclusive of transportation costs and VAT), to supply the latter with processed potatos.

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, TADCO will provide Wafrah with processed potatoes based on the supply schedule agreed upon in the deal, which is a continuation of the cooperation between the two sides in various fields.

 

The contract is effective from the date of signing until March 31, 2025.

 

A positive impact is expected to reflect on TADCO’s Q4 2024 and Q1 2025 financial results, the statement added, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
