Anaam International Holding Group announced the prospectus for its capital increase through a SAR 236.25 million rights offering.
The company will offer 472.50 million shares at SAR 0.50 each, to increase the capital from SAR 315 million to SAR 551.25 million.
The company's shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to increase capital through a SAR 236.25 million rights offering, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on March 4.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved earlier this month the request received from the company to increase capital through a rights issue, as per Argaam's data.
