The Human Capability Development Program (HCDP) is working on a mega project to anticipate the needs of the labor market, CEO Anas AlMudaifer told CNBC Arabia.

He added that this will help narrow the gap between the labor market needs and human capability in the educational and training institutions.

The program aims to help the Saudi citizens compete globally and expand this competitiveness in all areas targeted by Vision 2030.

In addition, the program focuses on high-skill jobs, AlMudaifer said, noting that the percentage of Saudization in high-skill jobs exceeded 40% compared to nearly 20% before the launch of the program.

In September 2021, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman launched HCDP in line with Vision 2030, Argaam earlier reported.
