The launch ceremony
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior, in cooperation with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), launched the “Traffic Congestion Hackathon” during the Global Smart City Forum, which is held in Riyadh under the slogan "A Better Life.”
This is in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), and Riyadh Municipality, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The Hackathon will depend on the AI technology to build smarter cities, and provide more intelligent solutions to relieve traffic congestion across the Kingdom.
