Alwaha REIT to pay 4% cash dividend for H2 2023

Wasatah Capital announced the distribution of a 4% cash dividend (SAR 0.40 per unit) to unitholders of Alwaha REIT Fund for the period from July 1 to Dec. 31, 2023, as follows:
