SASCO renews qualification to manage, operate, maintain fuel stations

Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) received on Feb. 18 the renewed facility qualification certificate from the Ministry of Energy to manage, operate and maintain fuel stations and service centers.

 

In a filing to Tadawul, the company added that the certificate is valid for one year ending on Jan. 22, 2025.

 

The certificate renewal will boost the company’s ability to acquire new sites and explore major investment opportunities.

 

The relevant financial impact will appear when SASCO acquires new sites.

 

The firm will announce any relevant developments in due course, the statement noted.
