Alkhabeer REIT Fund’s board of directors gave preliminary approval for the purchase bid of one of its properties, provided the necessary real estate valuations are conducted before proceeding with the deal, aligning with the fund’s terms and conditions, fund manager Alkhabeer Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.
