The Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) launched investigations into 3,209 criminal and administrative cases in February.

 

Nazaha investigated 288 persons and arrested 126 suspects, of whom some were released on bail on being involved in bribery, money laundry and forgery.

 

The arrested included employees at the ministries of interior, health, education, municipal, rural affairs and housing, and GASTAT.
