Saudi Aramco Base Oil Co.’s (Luberef) shareholders are set to vote on the payment of a cash dividend at 50% of capital, or SAR 5 a share, for H2 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on March 28, as follows:

Meanwhile, shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute cash dividend for 2024 on a semiannual or quarterly basis, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
In addition, they will vote on amending the company’s bylaws in accordance with the new Companies Law, and rearranging and numbering the articles of the bylaws in alignment with the proposed amendments, the statement added.
