Naseej for Technology Co. (Naseej Tech) signed today, March 7, a contract worth SAR 12.20 million, including VAT, with the National eLearning Center (NELC).
The contract aims to develop and establish the governance of e-learning and training to bolster confidence in e-learning, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
It further intends to enable equal access to e-learning opportunities, promote sustainable innovation in e-learning, ensure reliable and accessible e-learning for all, and issue reports by arbitrators on quality, commitment, and program assessments to determine corrective plans for continuous improvement.
The scope of the contract includes various aspects, including verifying the qualifications for educational and training institutions, recruiting and qualifying arbitrators, monitoring beneficiary feedback and observations, as well as tracking and rectifying non-compliant entities and programs.
Regular reports will be issued for stakeholders, and commitment monitoring to periodically approved standards will be conducted. The process involves capturing all observations during quality and commitment monitoring, proposing solutions, and addressing challenges faced by beneficiaries. Additionally, a development plan will be prepared to enhance service efficiency.
There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added, noting that document completion is expected by March 7.
The contract is anticipated to positively impact Naseej Tech’s financial statements for 2024, 2025, and 2026.
