CMA OKs Al-Hokail Academy's 29% IPO on Nomu

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved today, March 11, the request of Al-Hokail Academy Specialized Digital Polyclinics Co. to register and offer 2.03 million shares, representing 29% of its capital, on the Nomu-Parallel Market. 

 

The offering will be confined to qualified investors and the prospectus will be published within sufficient time prior to the offering’s start, the regulator said in a statement.

The approval is valid for six months. It shall be deemed cancelled if the offering and listing are not completed within this period.
