The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced lifting the trading suspension on shares of Saudi Cable Co. as of March 20, as the suspension circumstances and the trading of the company's shares over the counter have ended.

Tadawul said in a statement that it exercised its powers stipulated in the Listing Rules to lift the suspension on trading Saudi Cable’s shares.

The company published on March 17 its financial statements until the period ending March 30, 2023 (nine-months), the statement added.

Trading of Saudi Cable shares was suspended on May 9, 2022, due to the delay in publishing annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2021. Tadawul approved the company's request to trade its shares over the counter in August 2023, according to Argaam's data.
