NDMC closes March issuance of Sukuk program at SAR 4.4B

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for its domestic issuance for March, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

 

The total amount allocated stood at SAR 4.44 billion, NDMC said in a statement today, March 19.

 

The issuance is divided into three tranches. The first is valued at SAR 203 million, maturing in 2029, the second is worth SAR 3.69 billion and will mature in 2034, while the third is worth SAR 540 million and will mature in 2039.
