Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) launched the world’s first Dragon Ball theme park in Riyadh.

In a statement, QIC said that Dragon Ball theme park is located in Qiddiya City, which is 40-minute drive from Riyadh. The park will cover more than 500,000 square meters.

The announcement came at a time when Qiddiya enters into a long-term strategic partnership with Japan’s Toei Animation.

The new theme park was opened a few weeks after the launch of theGaming & eSports District, Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, and Speed Park Track.

More assets are expected to be announced in Qiddiya city within the next few weeks.

The Qiddiya  cultural, sports and entertainment destination was announced in May 2018 as an independent company known as QIC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
