Al-Jouf Agricultural reappoints Bader Al-Aujan as Chairman, Rasheed Owain as Deputy Chairman

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co.’s board of directors approved, on March 24, appointing Bader Al-Aujan as board chairman and Rasheed Owain as Deputy Chairman.

Moreover, Ahmed Al-Salawi was named as Board Secretary, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also approved the formation of the executive, nomination and remuneration, and the audit committees.

The executive committee consisted of Bader Alaujan, Omar Al-Humaidan, and Rasheed Owain. Miqad Alkhamis, Ali Al-Humaidan, and Rasheed Owain made up the nomination and remuneration committee.

The audit committee included Mohammed Al-Sheikh, Omar Al-Humaidan, and Miqad Alkhamis.

Miqad Alkhamis, Mazen Badawood, and Ahmed Al-Salawi were selected as the company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

These resolutions will be effective beginning with the new session of the board of directors on March 22, 2024, and ending on March 21, 2027, the statement added.
