Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, March 25, the non-objection from the Insurance Authority with regard to the reappointment of Chairman Khaled Gama and Vice Chairman Mohammed Al-Dar, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company also formed the executive committee, the nominations and remuneration committee, the risk committee and the investment committee.

 

It appointed representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to applying of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
