Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed on March 17 a contract worth SAR 19.96 million with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) to operate and maintain its systems.

The two-year contract aims to provide technical and consulting services to support ETEC, according to a statement to Tadawul

The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received on March 27.

Saudi Azm expects this contract to have a positive financial impact on its financials in 2024 and 2025, noting that there are no related parties.

In December 2023, Saudi Azm won a project to provide operation and maintenance works for ETEC’s systems, Argaam earlier reported.
