Kingdom Holding shareholders approve increasing board size

Shareholders of Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) approved amending Article 17 of the company’s bylaws related to board formation by increasing the number of board members to nine from eight.

 

The decision was taken during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 2, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The bylaws were amended in compliance with the new Companies Law.
