Obeikan Glass Co.. reappointed Chairman Abdullah Abdulrahman Al Obeikan and Vice Chairman Abdullah Mohammed AlHumaidhi, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company also formed the audit committee, the nominations and remuneration committee and the investment committee.

 

It appointed representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to applying of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
