Edaa implements securities quantity increase for Edarat

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented today, April 21, the securities quantity increase for Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. on eligible shareholders' accounts, according to Tadawul website.

 

The company’s shareholders approved a 100% capital increase from SAR 12.6 million to SAR 25.2 million through  a one-for-one bonus issue, according to data available with Argaam.
