REGA issues over 11,000 FAL licenses in Q1 2024

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) issued over 11,000 FAL licenses to individuals and entities during the first quarter of 2024 via its electronic platform, the Saudi News Agency reported.

 

The total number of active licenses issued by the authority since the launch of the Real Estate Brokerage Law exceeded 46,000 licenses, of which 64% was for individuals and 36% for enterprises.

 

The FAL license permits individuals and entities to conduct real estate brokerage and related activities, regulated under the new Real Estate Brokerage Law.
