ROSHN launches 1.7M-sqm ALDANAH project

ROSHN Group announced today, April 24, the launch of ALDANAH project, the company’s sixth integrated community in the Kingdom, second in the Eastern Province, and first in Dhahran.

ALDANAH, which covers more than 1.7 million square meters, will add over 2,500 world-class residences to Greater Dammam's housing stock and will eventually house approximately 10,000 people, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

ALDANAH is located in the heart of Greater Dammam, at the confluence of Dammam, Dhahran, and Al Khobar, adjacent to King Abdulaziz Road and only 20 minutes from King Fahd International Airport.

The project will feature a district mall, three neighborhood retail centers, a primary healthcare center, mosques, and six schools dotted throughout walkable neighborhoods.
