Sure inks SAR 60.1M contract with Shura Council

Sure Global Tech Co. signed on April 25 a contract worth SAR 60.1 million (VAT inclusive) with the Shura Council for the operation and maintenance of computers (Shower) project.

 

The three-year contract includes operating and maintaining infrastructure, renewing operations and maintenance, and licenses tailored to all infrastructure and current applications, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Moreover, Sure will provide technical services for operating IT systems at the Shura Council, in addition to upgrading systems and devices, and providing services to operate infrastructure and electronic services.

 

The deal is expected to have a positive financial impact between 2004 and 2026, the statement added.

 

The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received on April 24, the statement added, noting that there were no related parties to the deal.
