Lazurde Company for Jewelry board of directors reappointed Chairman Abdullah Al-Othaim and Vice Chairman Saud Al-Sulaiman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company also formed the audit, nominations and remuneration and executive committees.

 

The board also approved the appointment of representatives at the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul).
