Baazeem inks SAR 20M distribution contract with Egypt’s Kellogg Tolaram

Baazeem Trading Co. signed a contract today, April 30, to become the exclusive distributor of Kellogg Tolaram Noodles Egypt’s food products in Saudi Arabia.

 

The company will handle food product distribution to key accounts, supermarkets, mini markets, wholesale and discount customers, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The value of the three-year contract is SAR 20 million per year, the company said.

 

Under the contract, Baazeem Trading will distribute Kellogg Tolaram’s food products, which will be available to consumers in its exclusive sales channels.

 

The company expects its sales to increase by SAR 20 million annually.

 

The related financial impact is expected to be reflected by the end of Q3 2024.

 

 There are no related parties to the agreement.
