Edaa implements securities quantity increase on ACWA Power

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced implementing securities quantity increase for ACWA Power Co. on the accounts of eligible securities’ shareholders, today, May 2, 2024.

 

ACWA Power's shareholders approved on March 30 the board recommendation to increase capital by SAR 14.62 million, to be capitalized from the retained earnings account, through distributing one share for every 500 existing shares, data compiled by Argaam showed.
