Announcement Detail With reference to the Savola Group’s announcement published in the Saudi Exchange website “Tadawul” on 17/04/2024 regarding the invitation to the Group’s shareholders to attend the AGM No. (43) through means of modern technology, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 07/05/2024 AD, corresponding to 28/10/1445 AH (according to Umm Al-Qura calendar) at 7:30 p.m.,

 

 

The company would like to notify its shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty electronic trading services can vote electronically on the AGM agenda items starting from Friday, 03 /05/ 2024 corresponding to 24/10/1445 (as per Um Al-Qura Calendar). at 01:00 a.m. until the end of the AGM. The registration and voting are free of charge and will be available through the electronic voting service following the below link:
