Canadian Medical Center proposes transferring SAR 6.8M reserve to retained earnings

Canadian Medical Center Co.’s board of directors, in its meeting held on May 12, recommended transferring the statutory reserve balance amounting to SAR 6.75 million as per financial statements for the period ended Dec. 31, 2023, to the retained earning balance, according to a statement to Tadawul.
