NGDC board OKs transition to Main Market

Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s board of directors approved today, May 15, the company’s transition to the Main Market.

 

The transfer is subject to Tadawul’s approval and depends on the fulfillment of all the requirements set by the market, NGDC said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Any material developments will be duly announced.
