In a statement to Tadawul, IHR said it obtained all required licenses and certificates from the competent authorities.
IHR will provide excellent and professional customer services to meet audience needs and communicate with them quickly. It will also provide technical support services to customers through many methods, including instant chat, email, and telephone calls.
Moreover, an automated response service will be available to reduce waiting time and increase productivity.
IHR added that call center systems help improve the means of promoting the company's products and services, whether to current or potential customers.
They also help the company sell its products and services to complete many sales deals, and thus raise sales numbers, and help analyze customer data, which provides reports used to improve customer service.
IHR expected the financial impact of the new services to appear in Q2 2025, the statement added.
