Almarai completes Etmam Logistics takeover at SAR 182M

Almarai Co. announced the completion of the acquisition of Etmam Logistics Co. at a value of SAR 182 million, according to a statement on Tadawul.

This acquisition will support Almarai to serve its customers with a wide range of frozen products in the Kingdom.

In addition, it drives growth in diverse businesses, including poultry, ice cream, and baked goods, as well as expansion into other categories in the future.

In December 2023, Almarai acquired Etmam Logistics, which is a logistics services company that provides storage and distribution services for frozen products at a value of SAR 182 million, according to data available on Argaam.
