Academy of Learning board plans to transfer SAR 6.63M reserve to retained earnings

Academy of Learning Co.’s board of directors recommended on May 18 to transfer the statutory reserve balance amounting to SAR 6.63 million to the retained earnings, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The statutory reserve is based on the annual financial statements ended on Dec. 31, 2023, the statement added.
