Alhokair Group signs MoU with Tibah Airports for cooperation in catering

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) signed on May 20 a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tibah Airports Operation Co. on the sidelines of the Future Aviation Forum 2024 held in Riyadh.

 

The memorandum, effective until Dec. 30, may be renewed by agreement of the two parties, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

It aims to establish a framework for cooperation in providing catering, hotels, entertainment, food, and beverage services at the airports affiliated with Tibah Airports.

 

The MoU comes within the framework of the group's strategy to diversify its sources of income through strategic alliances and partnerships.

 

There is no financial impact associated with this MoU, the statement noted.
