Al-Rasheed to debut on Nomu on May 23

Mohammed Hadi Al-Rasheed Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on May 23 under the symbol 9601 and ISIN code SA162GE4M0H5.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of Al-Rasheed into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, May 21.

 

Earlier, the company floated 12 million shares on Nomu, representing 12% of its SAR 120 million capital, at SAR 28 per share. The offering was 683% subscribed, Argaam's data showed.
