Alwasail signs MoU with NHC to supply infrastructure products

Alwasail Industrial Co. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Housing Co. (NHC) on May 21, to supply products for housing infrastructure projects, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The MoU duration is 12 months; it includes the purchase of materials for NHC's suppliers and contractors.

 

The company expects to increase its market share by supporting and accelerating the supply of its products for NHC's infrastructure work.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said.
