Arabian Pipes reappoints Abalkail Chairman, Abunayyan Deputy

Arabian Pipes Co.’s board of directors decided to reappoint Youssef Abalkail as Chairman and Khalid Abunayyan as Deputy Chairman, a statement to Tadawul said.

The board also appointed Mustafa Alqahtani as its Secretary, the statement added.

Additionally, the board approved the formation of the executive, audit, governance and risk management, and remuneration and nomination committees.

Abunayyan was named Chairman of the executive committee, which included Abalkail, Ahmed Al-Lohaidan, and Abdulaziz Al-Masood.

Saad Al-Qahtani was appointed as Chairman of the audit committee, which included Maan Abalkail, Saleh Al Yahya, and Khaled Al-Tarifi.

Abdullah Al-Harbi was selected to chair the nominations and remuneration committee, which included Azzam Al-Mudaiheem and Abdulaziz Al-Masood.

Abdullah Al-Harbi was named Chairman of the governance and risk management committee, which included Azzam Al-Mudaiheem and Maan Abalkail.

The statement also highlighted the board's decision to appoint the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
