Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co.'s board of directors decided to appoint Hassan Al Zahrani as Chairman and Saleh Al Zahrani as Deputy Chairman, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The company added, in a separate statement, that the board decided to terminate Hassan Al Zahrani's contract as Acting CEO and appoint Saleh Al Zahrani as CEO and Managing Director as of May 22.

 

Saleh Al Zahrani holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from North Lexington University in the US. With over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales, Al Zahrani worked for several companies, including Elm Co., Abdul Latif Jameel Co., and Alhamrani Co.

 

Throughout his professional career, Al Zahrani has been actively involved in developing and implementing successful strategies to increase revenue, improve marketing, and enhance sales.

 

In addition, the board formed the audit, remuneration and nomination, as well as investment committees.

 

The board's secretary and the company's representative to the Capital Market Authority and Saudi Tadawul Group Co. were also appointed.
