BCI shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2024

Basic Chemical Industries Co.’s (BCI) shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2024 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on May 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

They also discharged the board members from liability for 2023.
