Aldrees deposits proceeds from fractional shares sale

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. concluded on May 12 the sale of the fractional shares resulting from the company’s capital increase, which was approved by the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on May 5.

 

The company sold 21,561 fractional shares at an average price of SAR 114.82, totaling SAR 2.47 million.
