Leaf Global sets Nomu IPO price range at SAR 46-50/share

Leaf Global Environmental Services set the price range for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu-Parallel Market between SAR 46 and 50 a share, Alkhair Capital, the sole financial advisor and lead manager on the IPO, said in a statement.

 

The company plans to offer 1.5 million shares, or 30% of capital, for listing on Nomu. Leaf Global’s capital stands at SAR 25 million divided into five million shares at SAR 5 per share, according to data available with Argaam.

The book-building period for participating parties will run from May 26 to May 30.
