alrajhi bank, through its alrajhi bank Academy, proudly announces the graduation of over 740 employees from its Graduate Development Program. This program targets recent graduates of both genders, offering a 12-month practical training journey. During this period, graduates receive comprehensive training across various bank departments, equipping them with the necessary experience and skills to commence their professional careers upon program completion.

 

Selection criteria for trainees include cumulative GPA, personal tests, and interviews. The training period features intensive courses in diverse fields such as administration, finance, marketing, and information technology, supplemented by practical applications. Graduates also benefit from several accredited intensive courses adhering to the highest professional standards, preparing them for leadership roles within two years of completing the program.

Having successfully graduated its twelfth batch, alrajhi bank Academy has seen the program grow significantly over the past two years, with over 100 graduates annually.

Established in 2015, alrajhi bank Academy addresses the evolving demands of the labor market, which now requires more than just a university degree. The Academy's training programs focus on additional skills such as technology use, communication, management, and organization.
