Nahdi authorizes board to pay interim dividends for 2024

Nahdi Medical Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends for 2024 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.

The decision came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 28, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved absolving the board members of legal liability for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2023, and ratified disbursing an amount of SAR 3.5 million as a reward for the board for the same period.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Nahdi distributed a 55% cash dividend for 2023 on a semi-annual basis at 25% for H1 and 30% for H2, totaling SAR 715 million, or SAR 5.5 per share.
